Pooja and Other Rituals


Daily Trikala Poojas are conducted by well qualified Priests. Special Poojas and rituals are conducted on occasions like Uthram, Shashti, and Ayilyam. On the last Sunday of every English Month, Akhandanamajapam is conducted during which feeding of the poor is invariably done. We make it a point to supply food to the nearby orphanage on that day. On every Tuesdays and Fridays, Lalithasahasranama Archana is offered by devotees’. During the Malayala Month karkitakam (Ashadam) Adhyatma Ramayana Parayanam and Bhagavathi Seva are conducted daily.


The Kodiyettu Utsaavam is conducted during January 7th to 14th. On Makrasankranthi day, Arattu Utdavam and grand procession of Lord Ayyappa on a decorated elephant is also arranged. During the festival, other cultural programs are also being performed.


From Vrischikam One (normally November 16 or 17) to Makarasankranti days (normally January 14) are the special days. On every Saturday, eminent artists offer special cultural programs. On 14th of January, the Scholarships are distributed to meritorious students and financial assistance is released to economically weaker students.

For specific benefits, offering like Sanidosha Nivarana Pooja, Seayamvara Archana, Mrutyunja Homam and Special Abhishekam etc. are also arranged on prior intimation. Many have benefited by these. Regularly, Shreemad Bhagavatha Parayanam and Sahasranama Archanas are offered by devotees.

Regular Satsang is arranged in the temple premise during which the Upanishaads and Puranas are explained. Discussion on the subjects is also encouraged for motivation the Youngsters.
